Refunds and Returns Policy

Your purchase of goods will be subject to certain consumer laws. These laws provide you with rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

We highly value customer satisfaction, so we recommend that you carefully review product information, size guides, and images before making a purchase to ensure you select the right size and style. If you discover any product discrepancies or errors in your order upon receiving the products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will promptly assist in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.

Change of Mind

Any eligible item purchased from richie-richie-yyz.myshopify.com can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange of equal value. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Special Note for Silk Items: Due to the delicate nature and hygiene considerations of silk hair accessories (scrunchies) and scarves, items that show signs of wear, perfume scents, or hair residues will not be accepted for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at richieyyztoronto@gmail.com so we can assist you. Please note that small natural irregularities in the silk weave are not considered defects.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Not Accepted Condition

· Malicious returns, multiple returns (such as buying 3 and returning 3, buying 5 and returning 4)
· Returns with clothing washed, obvious wearing marks, perfume smell, stains, incomplete return of tags and security clasps.
· Those who leave negative reviews or threats without contacting the customer service, or force returns and exchanges.

Final Sale

Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of sale will not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless faulty or defective. This policy does not affect your statutory rights or consumer law rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Return Shipping

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for returns.
